Jesus Disappointed that His Birthday Once Again Overshadowed by Christmas

Jerusalem – Jesus wept. Alone on his birthday, the Redeemer blew out the candles on his birthday cake. He sighed heavily and began to eat a slice, bemoaning the fact the Heavenly Host had once again overlooked his birthday due to the Christmas celebration.

Later, Jesus was seen to partake in the heavenly festivities, though sources close to the Word Made Flesh reported he seemed rather somber and his performances perfunctory.

Jesus did note that Mary, the blessed virgin and mother of the Christ, had indeed remembered his birthday and gotten him a gift card to REI, though she was unable to join his birthday as she had to appear in a fried tortilla outside of Mexico City.

God, the Almighty and Jesus' father, could not be reached for comment.
