New Evidence Suggests That Nothing Actually Depends upon a Red Wheelbarrow Glazed with Rain
William Carlos Williams

Researchers today announced that new evidence refutes William Carlos William's famous poem The Red Wheelbarrow:

so much depends
upon
a red wheel
barrow
glazed with rain
water
beside the white
chickens

"Our close examination of the evidence," stated Alfred Hamsworth, Professor of modern poetry at Oxford, "shows that, in fact, absolutely nothing depends on this wheelbarrow. The whole premise is simply wrong."
